Susan's Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1 stick butter

½ bar Crisco

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

2 cups flour

1 ½ cups oatmeal

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

2 tsp vanilla

10 ozs chocolate chips

½ cup pecans

Directions

Cream butter, Crisco, and sugars. Add egg. Mix remaining ingredients. Bake at 375° for 8 minutes.
